Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website and my services.


1. Cancellations Policy for Readings & Healings
My clients appointments and well-being are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Any cancellations received 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment time will not incur any fees, and will receive a 100% refund if you do not wish to reschedule. Any cancellations made within the 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule your appointment instead.


2. Arriving Late to your Appointment

If you know you're going to be late please contact me immediately and let me know. 30 minutes notice would be great if possible. If you're more than 15mins late, your booking may be reduced to accomodate the time difference. If you leave this until the last minute it reduces the flexibility I have to make any changes to my bookings schedule for the day.

3. Extending the Time of Your Booking

Unfortunately, due to time constraints with the type of sessions I offer, you cannot extend your session. We may run 5 minutes over, but I try to stick to our allocated time slots so I do not inconvenience my other clients.

4. Rescheduling your Reading or Healing appointments

If you cannot attend your appointment but wish to reschedule, simply follow the ‘rescheduling appointment’ prompts in your confirmation email. If you are struggling with this, please reach out to me via Instagram or email me at: natalia@nataliarose.au.

5. Refund Policy

Provided you meet all terms and conditions for a refund (ie. appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance), your refunds will be processed the same way your original payment was received e.g., if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account, if you payed via Credit Card, your refund will be processed back to your Credit Card etc.​

NOTE: Refund transactions can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you complete a full session and are dissatisfied, you are not entitled to a refund as the session has already been completed. You are encouraged to speak up during your session if you are not resonating with it, and you may be offered an alternative session of choice. This depends on individual circumstances and will be discussed during your appointment.

6. No Shows Policy

If you do not turn up to your appointment for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you're wanting to cancel your booking please refer to the cancellations policies above.

7. If I cancel your appointment

If I have to cancel your session due to illness or family emergencies, you will be notified straight away. I am sorry for any inconveniences, and you retain your right to reschedule the appointment or accept a refund.

8. Age Limit

You must be 18 years or older to book any services offered. Parents can book sessions on behalf of minors, but must notify me prior to the session. Please reach out to me via email natalia@nataliarose.au if you are concerned for your child and wish to book a session.

9. Confidential Waiver Form

In order to have a reading or healing session with me, you are required to fill out a waiver form in the booking section.

This form is to protect me and my business legally. Please take your time to read and agree to the terms and conditions listed. The form is available before payment in the booking form, so you will not be charged if you do not wish to proceed with the healing.
